greeNEWit Named Green Company of the Year by Howard Technology Council
COLUMBIA, MD – greeNEWit, an organization founded to help society build more sustainable communities and better economies through energy efficiency and conserving the use of natural resources, was named the 2012 Green Company of the Year by the Howard Technology Council. They will be recognized from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 19, 2012 at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, Kossiakoff Center located at 11100 Johns Hopkins Rd., Laurel, MD.
Speaking at the 2012 Tech Awards is Bob Wallace, CEO & Founder of BITHGROUP Technologies, Inc., BITHENERGY, Inc. and EntreTeach Learning Systems, LLC. He will be speaking on the 9 Principles of Entrepreneurs and Growth.
greeNEWit was selected because of its achievements to innovation and bright ideas in Howard County. The company acts as consultants to builders, contractors and homeowners to provide cost-effective energy upgrades and offers consulting and training for sustainable operations. In addition to providing energy efficient solutions for residential, commercial and government clients, greeNEWit develops software products. The current software platform is being delivered to the home performance industry across the nation.
