With more than 10 years of experience in the consulting and retail industries, Alicja Cooper is a strategic account coordinator who focuses on customer engagement and retention, marketing content creation, and project management. Born and raised in Poland, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and growing their businesses and stays up-to-date on industry trends and the latest technology.
In her role as a strategic account coordinator, she is responsible for prospecting new business, building and maintaining client relationships, facilitating client meetings, and coordinating the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and deliverables. She also collaborates with external partners to gain an understanding of emerging technologies and how they can benefit client’s needs and objectives. She excels at organizational, time, and budget management to ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Additionally, she assists the CEO with various administrative tasks as well as with the recruitment and hiring of project managers.
