As the Director of Client Services, she has spent more than seven years helping brands elevate their presence through strategic campaigns, impactful storytelling, and client-focused solutions. Spoerl’s expertise spans diverse industries, including media, retail, higher education, and community engagement.

Spoerl’s strength lies in building and fostering relationships that drive success. She has collaborated with a variety of stakeholders, including local chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, creative entrepreneurs, and media outlets. Her ability to balance client needs with team dynamics has earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional results. With a passion for communication and creativity, Spoerl’s background includes experience in writing, content creation, and multimedia production. She has served as a Camera Operator for NCTV17, a Design Specialist for Pandora, and a Production Assistant for ABC 7 Chicago’s Windy City Live. Her well-rounded skill set includes crafting engaging content, managing deadlines, and ensuring clear communication between clients and teams.

Spoerl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, with minors in Creative Writing and Anthropology, from Loyola University Chicago. She is also a certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, reflecting her belief in the power of mindfulness and resilience in achieving professional and personal success.
